At Westminster Community Care Center, we offer free Naam yoga classes to our WFC patients. A local yoga instructor volunteers her time to help keep our patients healthy. Naam yoga merges the science of breath, sound, movement, and hand postures for total well being and decreasing stress.

Yoga takes place every Wednesday, except the first of the month, from 8:15pm-9:15pm.
Participants must be patients of Westminster Free Clinic.

Everybody! Each Yoga class is designed to bring patients together for a relaxing experience, to decrease stress, and increase flexibility and balance.
